Check spam, then check that you entered the exact address you were invited with. We don't say whether an address has an account, so a typo looks the same as a sent email. If you requested 5 links in the last 15 minutes, wait and request again. An admin can resend your invite if you never finished signing up.
Sign in, reset your password, and stay signed in

You sign in to TrackFlo with your email and password, or with a one-time sign-in link we email you. Passwords need at least 12 characters, a sign-in lasts up to 16 hours, and changing your password needs a quick email confirmation first. If you forgot your password, use the email link to get in and then set a new one.
Password requirements
A password needs 12 to 128 characters. That is the only rule: you don't need symbols, numbers, or capital letters, and spaces are allowed, so a short phrase you'll remember works well.
A counter under the password box shows how many characters you've typed and turns green at 12.
We refuse any password that has appeared in a known data breach, even a long one. Choose a different one if you see that message.
We never ask you to change your password on a schedule. A password you set before these rules keeps working until you change it.
Sign in with an email link
Use the email link when you forgot your password, or when you'd rather not type it. The link works for 5 minutes and only once.
On the sign-in page, select Sign in via Email Link.
Enter the email address you were invited with and select Receive Sign In Email.
Open the email and select its sign-in link.
Select Sign in to TrackFlo on the page that opens.
We show the same message whether or not the address has an account, so a missing email usually means a typo or a different address. Check your spam folder too. Opening an older link, or one you already used, shows that the link is invalid or expired; request a new one.
Change or reset your password
Changing your password needs a fresh email confirmation, even when you signed in with your password. This proves you still have your inbox, and it's the same path whether you know your old password or not.
Open the account menu in the top bar and select Password Reset.
Select Email me a link, then open the link in the email within 5 minutes.
Select Sign in to TrackFlo. You land back on Password Reset.
Enter your new password twice and save it within 15 minutes.
If you just signed in with an email link, you skip the first two steps. Saving a new password signs you out on every other device and browser; the one you're using stays signed in. One confirmation covers one change, so a second change needs another email.
How long you stay signed in
A sign-in lasts 16 hours from the moment you sign in, however active you are, so one sign-in covers a long shift. After 16 hours your next click returns you to the sign-in page. Signing out ends your session on that browser straight away.
Too many sign-in attempts
After several wrong passwords in a short time, we pause password sign-in for that account for up to 15 minutes. The pause applies to your account, not your office or VPN, so coworkers signing in from the same network are not affected.
5 wrong passwords within 15 minutes from the same network pauses your account there.
20 wrong passwords within 15 minutes from anywhere pauses your account everywhere.
During a pause, even the right password is refused. Wait 15 minutes, or use Sign in via Email Link, which still works.
Sign-in emails are limited to 5 per address every 15 minutes.
Troubleshooting
I never got the sign-in email
The sign-in link says it's invalid or expired
Links last 5 minutes and work once. Signing in any other way, including with your password, also cancels links you requested earlier. Request a new link and use the newest email.
My right password is being refused
Your account is paused after too many wrong attempts. Wait 15 minutes or sign in with an email link.
I was signed out in the middle of my shift
Sign-ins end 16 hours after you sign in. If it was sooner, check whether your password was changed on another device, since a password change signs out every other session.
The site won't accept my new password
It needs 12 to 128 characters and can't be a password from a known breach. Both boxes must match. Try a longer phrase.
