Welcome to the TrackFlo Help Center
Updated today
This help center explains how TrackFlo works and how freight teams use it. Anyone can read the recipes, the API and TMS docs, and the sign-in help without an account. The product guides, role checklists, and release notes need a TrackFlo sign-in, because they walk through screens and settings that only customers can open.
What Anyone Can Read
Three tabs at the top of the page are open to everyone, customer or not.
Getting Started: this page, and Sign In, Reset Your Password, and Stay Signed In for getting into TrackFlo itself, including Google and Microsoft sign-in.
Success Recipes: 16 how-tos built around results teams asked us for, such as collecting PODs within 24 hours, handing off loads at shift change, and recovering detention. Each one says what you need, how to set it up, and how to measure it.
API Docs: the Integration API your TMS uses to send loads into TrackFlo, a guide for each TMS we connect to (Turvo, McLeod PowerBroker, Mastery, Tai, Revenova, and Quantum Edge), and the Front integration. Anyone can read them; calling the API takes a key we issue to customers.
Two tools at the top of every page work without signing in. Ask AI answers questions from our published articles, and Submit Support Request sends your question to our team.
What Needs a TrackFlo Sign-In
Everything else is for people with a TrackFlo account, and what you see depends on your role.
Area | What's in it | Who sees it |
|---|---|---|
Onboarding Guide | A first-day checklist for your role: Admin, Tracking User, or Internal User | Your role's guide |
Tracking Boards and Tracking a Load | How to read the tracking board, what each exception means, and how to work a load | Everyone signed in |
Commonly Asked Questions and Troubleshooting | Answers to the questions we hear most, plus the terminology reference | Everyone signed in |
New Customer Onboarding | The nine milestones a new company works through during setup | Admins |
Product Docs | One guide per settings and feature page: assignments, service levels, outreach automation, users, scorecards, reports, and AI agents | Depends on your role |
New Releases | Release notes, written separately for Admins, Tracking Users, and Internal Users | The notes for your role |
How to Sign In
You need a TrackFlo account first; your company's TrackFlo admin invites you. After that, there are two ways in.
From inside TrackFlo (fastest): select the question mark next to any page title to open the guide for that page in a side panel, or open Support in the top navigation. You are already signed in there.
On this site: go to the help center sign-in page, enter your work email, select Continue with email, and open the link we send you. You stay signed in for up to 180 days.
The help center doesn't accept my email
I'm signed in, but a guide says I don't have access
That guide is written for a different role, usually Admins. Ask your TrackFlo admin, or send us a support request and we'll answer the question directly.
I can't get into TrackFlo itself
Sign In, Reset Your Password, and Stay Signed In covers forgotten passwords, expired links, and Google or Microsoft sign-in.
What the Articles Don't Cover
Your company's own setup. Articles describe every feature, including ones your company hasn't turned on, so a board or setting in an article may not appear for you. Your TrackFlo admin decides what is on.
Your loads. Articles never show your freight or your company's data. For a question about a specific load, contact support.
Talk to a Person
A person on our team reads every support request.
On this site, select Submit Support Request.
Inside TrackFlo, open Support and select Contact Support. Your request arrives with the page you were on, so we can skip a round of questions.
Email [email protected].

Start with the recipes: each one shows a result a freight team set out to reach and how they set TrackFlo up to get there. Your developers can read the TMS guides to see what connecting your TMS involves. To see it on your own freight, book a demo.
