Revenova Integration Guide
Updated today
Revenova RTMS runs on Salesforce, so TrackFlo connects to your Salesforce org with OAuth client credentials and reads loads and stops with scheduled SOQL queries. An optional webhook from RTMS can push load, stop, location and check-call updates to TrackFlo between polls.
What TrackFlo reads
Active loads, their stops and appointments, on a short schedule.
Completed loads, to close them out in TrackFlo.
What TrackFlo writes
Status changes, check-call notes and stop arrivals and departures on the load.
What your Salesforce admin sets up
A connected app with client credentials for TrackFlo, granted read on the RTMS objects (loads, stops, and the related account and carrier records) and write on the fields TrackFlo updates.
Optionally, an RTMS webhook to your tenant's TrackFlo hostname with the credentials we issue.
Things to know
API call budget. Salesforce orgs have a hard 24-hour API request limit shared by everything in the org. TrackFlo's sync is designed around a few bulk queries per cycle rather than one call per load, and we size the polling interval with you so TrackFlo stays a small share of your budget.
Statuses. RTMS load and stop status values are mapped to TrackFlo's vocabulary during onboarding. A new status added in RTMS later needs a mapping too. Let us know when you add one.
