๐Ÿ† Shift Objectives for Trackers

Summary

ย The overall goal of shift objectives is to provide a bridge between manager expectations and tracking team member understanding and performance. Too often weโ€™re seeing managers set tracking goals but their teams simply arenโ€™t being measured or evaluated on these goalsโ€ฆ mostly because measurement is hard and time consuming. Not anymore, with shift objectives!!!

ย

Shift Performance Widget

If youโ€™re actively on a shift, youโ€™ll notice a Shift Performance Widget in the top right of your workflows, this tells you what metrics youโ€™re at and what the target is based on your manager expectations. The numbers are green if youโ€™re meeting them or red if youโ€™re not. You can click on this widget to see the shift scorecard.

ย

Shift Scorecard

ย The shift scorecard is a detailed view of all your activity during a shift. It provides hourly metrics, a list of all your actions, and all the issues that arose on your shift. Your goal here is to keep your Shift Objectives on Track and meet the tracking goal.

ย

Conclusion

Shift objectives bring transparency by providing managers with feedback on whether youโ€™re meeting expectations or not. We strongly recommend trying to meet as many shift expectations as possible, and have conversations with your manager if the numbers are realistic and attainable.
